This is why there's such a big push to get Drag Queens into libraries and schools to read to little kids. So from a very early age children will learn they must call men in makeup and dresses women, distrust their own senses and instincts, swallow their own discomfort over being gaslit, and accept as normal the extreme demoralization that occurs to people who are forced to say 2+2=5.

I had been horrified by Drag Queen story hour since I first heard of it, and female friends had told me I was making a big deal out of nothing, and I had never put my finger on it the way you just described. That's it exactly. They are messing with our sense of reality.

HOW can it be legal to force people to lie? How can women be fired over "respecting pronouns" when what it really means is "you will ignore reality or else!" ??? A man in makeup and a dress is still a man. I don't wear makeup or dresses, and I'm still female. No specific costume is required.

Why isn't everyone standing up? This is what I don't get. I mean okay, x-% of college kids will go along with insane things because they are in that phase of knowing better than all the people who came before them, but everyone else -- WHY is anyone playing along? Why are my own female friends (and we're over 40) "correcting" my pronouns when I call a man "he"? The majority surely know that a man stays a man no matter what surgery or hormones are done to him.

In what universe is Brenda a Sheep????

Our_ team - I feel ya. All the questions you are asking are the ones I shout into the void daily, even in my sleep.
