I swear, these courts and legislators don't even bother doing the basic research on the sweeping legal decisions they are reaching.

For instance: California's SB 132, the bill that Governor Scammin' Newsom just signed into law that allows men to self-identify as transgender/non-binary and access women's prisons, also lets prisoners identify as "intersex."

OK, we know that biology no longer counts as a science to the "pro-science" Left, but a ten minute search would reveal that intersex people are not a third sex, they have a disorder of sexual development. They are either male or female and around 98.98% of intersex people (EDIT: this should read PEOPLE not INTERSEX people) can be identified by their genitalia, even if abnormal (sorry, don't know today's PC term).

tl;dr YOU CANNOT IDENTIFY AS INTERSEX, but California now allows you to

In this Minnesota case, the Court of Appeals concluded that, "“requiring a transgender student to use a different locker-room facility because of his sexual orientation is discrimination.”

Got that? The court ruled on a transgender locker room case on the basis of SEXUAL ORIENTATION discrimination!!!

Sexual orientation has nothing to do with gender identity!!!

Not only has the world gone mad, it's gone completely stupid too.

No surprise there. The ACLU has been on board this train for a while. Isn't one of their top lawyers a trans man? I saw one of their lawyers on Twitter actually speaking out against freedom of speech.

From the article:

In 2016 and 2017, N.H. was hospitalized three times for “mental health concerns” before he decided during the third hospital stay to transfer out of the Anoka-Hennepin district, according to last year’s district court ruling.

Do you think it has ever occurred to any of these people that maybe they should not be medicalizing a child with severe mental health issues? I'm guessing probably not.

The ACLU lawyer who is a TiF is Chase Strangio, and if she didn't choose her last name it must have chosen her because she seems a mental mess.

Strangio's Twitter is fascinating because what she writes seems outrageously unstable yet she has a lot of power behind her - the power of the gendxr lobby. She's a self-hating woman if there ever was one.

TIME just chose her one of the 100 Most Influential People of 2020, which shows you just how Trans, Inc.,-bought the US mainstream media is.

Her style is... interesting. Often like Charlie Chaplin in reverse drag or something.

I was all ready to say we shouldn't judge someone based on looks, but damn, that picture is strange.

I know. It's so hard to not judge because they seem to be begging us to with their um....INTERESTING (what else can I call it and still be polite?) style choices.

Yup. Strangio is astonishingly misogynistic. I think Strangio chooses the side on the basis of most hurt to women. It is wrong that the mental problems of others are allowed to affect everyone in this manner.

I happily send back all their requests for money with a little note explaining why. Ditto for Amnesty International.

Both need a reality check, AI has been doing women wrong for years and the ACLU always has strange choices playing both sides of every issue.
