Disagree. People condemned under a wrongful law don't deserve pardons. Pardons are for those who commited crimes. What they deserve is for their sentences to be annulled, apologies, and official condemnation of all those involved in prosecution.

Saying that "burned women will get justice and will be 'pardoned'" means that they DID something wrong, means that they were guilty and now they are pardoned for doing some crimes.

So it is just victim blaming and is even worse than if they weren't pardoned at all.

Those who arrested, tortured, and condemned them should be officially SENTENCED. The victims did nothing wrong.
