Most trans allies don't know anything about autogynephilia and other mental health issues that fuel the trans movement. They don't even know that TRA's want to get rid of needing a diagnosis of gender dysphoria. I personally don't even believe most TRA's have gender dysphoria, most are just fetishists. Just be a fetishist and don't try to erode women's rights and get into spaces you know you don't belong. Also, they're massive cowards fighting radical feminists and not the men killing and assaulting them.

You're assuming that autogynephilia precludes a diagnosis of "gender dysphoria" as if these are two separate things entirely at odds. Not so.

Though the term autogynephilia itself was coined by Ray Blanchard only 30 years ago, the phenomenon or paraphilia of AGP had been recognized since "transsexualism" first became a thing nearly a century ago with the case the Lili Elbe of "Danish Girl" fame, and especially since the 1950s and 60s when transsexualism started to become popular and much in the mainstream eye due to TIMs back then being given tons of favorable coverage in the Western press and popular culture.

In fact, the phenomenon we call AGP today has always been seen as the principal cause of "gender dysphoria" (previously "gender identity disorder") in males who develop "gender dysphoria" during or after puberty. Many clinicians have reported that in adolescent and adult males, "autogynephilic gender dysphoria" is the most severe kind of "gender dysphoria."

For males, being sexually aroused at the idea of one's self as a female, and being obsessed with and utterly in love with one's own fantasy female self, is not a requirement to get a diagnosis of clinical "gender dysphoria" (or GID previously) - but being/having AGP doesn't preclude getting a clinical diagnosis of GD/GID either.

Ever since clinicians have been making the the diagnosis of GD/GID, tons of AGPs have gotten this particular dx and been approved for hormones and surgeries based on it. This is why the majority of the most famous and prominent men who have publicly transitioned in the past half century have been het men who'd been married to women and fathered children and have both AGP and clinical diagnoses of GID/GD - from James Jan Morris and Richard Raskin Renee Richards, who transitioned in the early 1970s, to het AGPs who transitioned in later decades like surgeon Marci Bowers, tech and business titan Martin Martine Rothblatt (the "highest paid woman in America"), trans funder James Jennifer Pritzker, and Bruce Caitlyn Jenner.
