Any word on who set the fire yet? I've heard rumblings that certain tweeters are eager to praise them.

The only thing I saw is that they definitively decided it was an accident only 3 hours in to the fire, while it was still burning, which makes no sense to me. Also an important mosque in Jerusalem burned at the same time

I've seen a LOT of fire and that was seriously artificially boosted. There's no way the flames could have been that huge for so long with so little inside.

It was all the wood scaffolding on the roof

Make sure to take down precious art on the roof a few days before and start it 5mins after closing time so nobody gets hurt.

There was scaffolding over the roof, so it's not a lie that construction was occurring there. If I was a terrorist and I wanted to start a fire for attention, I would try to make it NOT look like an accident. That said, Im surprised how often roofs under construction catch fire. This seems like something they should have solved a hundred years ago.

I'm not religious in the usual sense but this is very disturbing since "they" are set on destroying any symbols of European Civilization. Who are they? I will go out on a limb and say Mossad and/or the Catholics in Action. They have their fingers in everything and everyone and they are psychopaths.

i think that if this was intentional, maybe they made it to perform a shock therapy on the yellow vests movement. the nation in mourning, displays of solidarity, calls for unity etc so the yellow vest loose momentum and get out of the spotlight.

i mean they already allocated 1bn for the renovation, so i assume it will happen. but who knows.
