For those who don't know, the job of GBNews is to spread divisive, racist, dishonest, misleading and hate-inducing claims that support the far right and the .1%.

What they're doing in this case is claiming that the non-descriminiation legislation will descriminate against white men. Anyone paying attention will know that the anti-descrimination legislation is designed to prohibit decrimination against everyone (including white men). The fact is that the potential for a reduced sentence already exists for white men. This is just leveling the the two-tier system to one tier, ideally. There is no policy for the increased sentence of a white man. Read. Moreover, this decision has not and should not result in an increased sentence for a white male.

Yes I have. White men already get shorter sentences. Read about it. Moreover, Starmer and everyone else knows they will review the law to make sure that white men are eligible for pre-trial review. The general argument is that white men already have that pre-trial advantage, whereas others don't. The arguments are ongoing. If they get lighter sentences its because the courts decided they deserved it. You've demonstrated no discrimination that needs to to combated with "reverse discrimination." You also know that the ruling is ongoing and that this is a process to keep an eye on. And you know that the far right is, as usual, spinning this into lies and misinformation, which you're supporting, according to your arguments here. When you've received such helpful information in your post, you should merely thank me for my support and additional information, and if you think I've not addressed something important, produce a counter argument. Instead, you're doubling-down on the far right's position without understanding the circumstances. The intent of that law if obviously to reduce descriminition, not increase it. A white man is serving an 18 month maximum security jail term in solitary confinement for breaching a court order, a civil matter, whereas 2 violent Pakistani men who are on video beating up police women are sat at home without charge after about 6 months. White men already get treated worse than foreign scum.
