This isn't completely accurate, the UK government did not admit to 'selling' any children. A lot of kids went missing, there is an issue here, but the headline is wildly misleading and completely unsubstantiated

Republicans usually insert a lot of disinformation. Liberal fact checkers then point out how this is disinformation and then pat themselves on the back.

Regular ppl then dismiss any true parts of Republican inserted conspiracy theories because there's so much disinformation they just dismiss it all. Readers of conservative outlets tend to believe everything because they've seen a chunk of real evidence.
