These are people in the government or agencies, that are working for criminal organisations. Often they have the same goal in politics, but each organisation has its own goal.
Shadow Government
These people are controlling the international politics behind the scenes. They are pushing for wars and conflicts. They try to establish monopolies via shortages and ruling.
This is the Military complex. They own/control the big corporations. More conflicts mean more money or more power.
Central banks
The banks like the federal reserve. Owned by the Rothchilds and such. They make money for free, and are the only ones who get richer with debt and crisis.
They fund wars and conflicts to create more debt.
