There are multiple layers here.

First, the news tries to imply that "red states" ban protective measures, which puts employees at risk, which results in their deaths. They've banned mandates, and the school employees aren't even around their students yet. That's this article's point.

But the media knows that we know their tricks. They'll fire back: any deviation from procedures results in unacceptable risk. This presupposes that banning mandates is the same as spreading diseased filth, which means the only purpose it can have is to kill.

This isn't porn, this is a hymn sung by those accusing you of immoral practices.
