I figured as much.

JC makes a really good point that no one is really criticizing those who throw around the "N" word, jewish slurs, etc.
There's plenty of hypocrisy on this particular point, even though you don't care for the "sand".

JC posts plenty of interesting content, so I'd reconsider blocking him.

It's unlikely that anyone thinks you're gay. A better option would be ignoring his ribbing.

Ignoring "gay sand" deprives him of the satisfaction of a response.

Also, "gay sand" is objectively funny.

i find that he just comments utter bullshit on my posts, so with him unblocked I have to wade through a swamp of sex, shit and piss references.

I may have missed the 'gay sand' start, as I blocked him again shortly after unblocking him. I don't care if anyone thinks i'm gay or not. To bring sexuality into a post about platelet cascades in coronavirus is just bottom barrel JC standard fare.

Well, 2020's been a crap decade so far, and there's no end in sight.

One unexpected bonus of the madness is; i can claim that I hadn't heard about any transitions, which are a deploy private matter...

I doubt this would have ever been considered a plausible excuse in any other decade.
