We knew already a lot about the virus in the first weeks. Even on a ship with infected old people only a few died. This simply meant that it was not that harmful.

After that came the large numbers. The deaths in Italy were greatly overestimated by the media. The doctors themselves reported far less deaths from covid. If it was really covid. Then we had the fake story of over-run hospitals.

Based on the mainstream fake news we got all the restrictions. From everything else it was already clear that it was not that harmful. And now we know from Sweden and Madagascar that it is possible to get herd-immunity quickly to save the people that may die from it. With all the restrictions on all people, these people get more chance of catching it.

In the first months we already knew that Vitamin-D was a major factor, but no government acted to it. We also knew that there are well working anti-viral/ anti-inflammation medicine. But Big-pharma jumped on it to prevent publications on it. Instead we listen to computer programmers and science-fiction horror stories.

So every problem of the pandemic is caused by the governments, by big pharma and by the restrictions (that prevent quick herd-immunity).
