I watch everything up to 4x speed. You get used to it, like speed reading for your ears. There were parts of their conversation that was interesting but it wasn't their best, they kept interrupting each other, and I've forgotten most of it - and I'm tired now. They spent a lot of time talking about resisting masks and discussing the lies and reading tedious science papers and stats.
