One of the first names listed is con artist "lord" monkton, which is pretty worrying.

Also - it says - page 3: "anthropogenic factors cause warming"

In other words they believe humans are making the climate hotter.

These people are signing a declaration that humans are making the world hotter....

Nobody even agrees on CO2 sensitivity. They have no idea, and can only make unfalsifiable predictions. Then they advocate counter-productive mitigations.
