When I announced 6 months ago that I'd double upvote false reports, it immediately subsided. I kind of regretted the announcement at the time because it was honestly helpful. That's what we should do imo: scrutinize each report, remove if spam and double upvote the false reports.

Or we can just migrate to https://goatmatrix.net this site is such a lost cause.
