502 Bad Gateway could be basically anything along the communication chain, Cloudflare fucking up, the hosting provider fucking up, the server(s) fucking up, ...

The error later became 'web server is down' which is at least clearer (if actually accurate)

Besides, the SaidIt source is in Python :)

So whatever happened... /u/magnora7 only knows.
