Jesus was born by immaculate conception, meaning that sex is a sin. It’s tolerated for having kids, by necessity, but otherwise is sinful. Since fapping takes the place of sinful activity, fap away. That being said, once per week is the gold standard for science: healthy fapping and test levels soar. Fapping uses a lot of minerals so take a mineral supplement.

I had a friend whose wife could track his porn use. He had her poke his balls with a needle if he watched, because he wanted to be cured. He said it worked.

God said to multiply and replenish the Earth. Did God command to commit sin?

Yes, with forgiveness given, if you ask for it.

It's sinful to desire a woman who isn't your wife. That's one of the ten commandments, and Jesus reiterated it during the sermon on the mount. Having sex, on the other hand, is tolerated by Paul because he doesn't expect us to be perfect, and it was obligatory in jewish tradition. In Genesis humans are commanded to be fruitful and multiply. So if anything is sinful, it's masturbation, definitely not sex. Only Gnostic Christians view sex as a real problem.
