There's no discernible fundamental difference between men or women who engage in 'casual sex' with the opposite sex, those who prey upon children, those who masturbate, or those who fornicate with the same sex, inanimate objects, the dead, or beasts.

Depends on the environment.

Barren women filled with antinatal pills tend to select feminized men. Its a win-win situation since normal males get to naturally avoid barren women.

The one thing men who get laid all have in common is self-confidence, and game. Game meaning the ability to engage in conversation, light hearted banter without being annoying. Flirty without being creepy.

Hard to teach but comes with experience. It helps a lot if you don't actually hate women as there's no way to hide your disdain and most women will perceive it and get creeped out and turned off.
