How would you deal with "white trash" children?

What should be done with white trash children who are raised by criminals, whores, drug addicts, etc.? Can they be helped? Or should they be put in the gas chamber because they are beyond help?

Avoid them and have a lot of unisured motorist coverage on your auto insurance policy.
