TERF can mean a lot of things. If you don't want trans women in feminism that already makes you a TERF. You don't even to be a feminist, or a woman for that matter, to be called a TERF.

So depending on the TERF I think a man would get behind.

Surprised at your answer, i was half expecting “ew not those marxists”…because radical feminists in general are radical leftists, but not by modern standards. I agree though, obviously TERF has come to mean something different.
