They aren't. I'm a woman and almost always wear men's underwear as I prefer life with no wedgies. I'm aware that makes me some sort of trans person. Probably an enby as I also almost always wear a bra.

Same here. I don't know why I lived with it for so long when men's boxer briefs are way more comfortable and wedgie free. No underwear lines also

I wear a lot of sports leggings so I do have underwear lines, but they are part way down my thighs and not unflattering, really obvious lines across my butt.
