Yes, absolutely. I feel far better morally about killing people than animals. Also human meat would be the healthiest, as the protein would be 100% useable due to having the same essential amino acid composition

I'd eat human meat and I'd object to farming humans. I don't understand why cannibalism is morally wrong. Murder is definitely morally wrong in almost any circumstances (I'm even against the death penalty for example). They're two separate issues.

Cannibalism generally involves murder.

Because freshly dead people are hard to come by. They're still two separate issues.
