Start a charity with yourself as CEO and do like all the big charities do, collect donations for the homeless people and use most of those donations to pay yourself a salary, provide yourself with a company car and an air conditioned office. Then just to fullfil your obligations as a charity, once a month take a can of baked beans down town and toss it out of your car window at the nearest homeless person.
