Unless there's some method of encryption more advanced than the technology used to create the cloud, protecting the sanctity of my digital brain from tampering, probably not. That and it would leave my body quite lonely. I'm not ready to leave the physical world for an artificial replacement, as whatever humanity can build within it will pale in most regards to nature. This is my assessment based on current creations like games, which can be entertaining, but their systems are of limited complexity, and none match the visceral pleasures that an embodied mind can provide, like hiking in the mountains, playing an instrument, bedroom activities, etc.

There's also the strange possibility that the uploaded version wouldn't actually be me, but a duplicate, and the continuity of consciousness won't transfer over. Meaning a new 'life' will spring into existence, while mine will have been snuffed out. Same potential issue with fantastical technologies like transporters in Star Trek.
