There are countless recipes on the internet. Many more DIY videos on YouTube. Learn something new....expand your mind and waistline all at once. It never ceases to amaze that gals who can learn the intricacies of putting on their warpaint, and gladly waste an hour getting that makeup just right, but immediately turn into jello when faced with doing up a simple recipe. Same for guys...you can take all damn day tearing apart a car engine, and putting it back together, but following a recipe is too complex for you?

I think you are right. I work most of the time but I talked to my daughter and she agreed to take on this project.

I produced an outstanding cheesecake last Christmas using the Martha Stewart New York Cheesecake recipe. It was huge (10” springform pan and about 3” tall) and required most of the giant Costco brick of Philadelphia cream cheese!
