Enjoying life. When I was a kid things were pretty simple. Now I can't experience anything without trying to imagine it from multiple points of view, which spoils everything.

I find the opposite. Something simple like walk in a green space is so much more enjoyable now that when I was a kid because everything has so many more layers of information, meaning and connections.
Sounds like you are dissociating, try a bit of mindfulness.
