What is the best way to disable a high mast LED streetlight?

Well you live up to your username, nice. Maybe there's a day night sensor on it that's not compatible with high powered lasers.

Things are controlled manually from the power station, I'm gonna take a slingshot to it. Relatively easy to build, use, explain if found, and to dispose. Impossible to track if built manually, free ammo lying all over the place and I won't kill anyone if I fuck up.
