Why IP2 not allowed on the front page?

They unchecked "allow this sub to be included in /s/all as well as the default and trending lists" so as to not take over the site.

But since then, we have added a sub muting feature, so they don't really need to keep it this way.

I don't knows about "blame", they were trying to respect the site. They still show in s/all/new and if you subscribe you'll see it all. Ask them to change the setting if you think it's bad.

yeah i understand it would be disrespectful to everyone on saidit if we took over the front page, maybe add something to the code that only allows 1-3 post to appear from our sub that way if mods allow post on /all we dont take over the whole thing and people dont have to mute us for being annoying

Yeah maybe that's a good solution. I'm hesitant to change the meaning of 'all' but maybe we already have with the sub muting feature. I'd feel better about doing this on a 'popular' tab or something, which could even become the new home page.
