If someone uses this AI to actually commit a crime with the information they obtain from said AI (and it can be proven) then this company would be held liable. Not just civilly but criminally as well.
Normal people of the past would have though about this but in todays clown world it's going to take some mind crushing lawsuits and a couple of centuries of jail time being handed out before people will think twice about their actions and the respected consequences.
