Because who else would be the source for the claim that the Rada made a proposal to burn 100million books? Wouldn't you go to the Rada and check what the actual proposal says?

  5. It's not burning. No books are being destroyed as part of this initiative. Here's what happened. The government, which doesn't control libraries, recommended that libraries stop repurchasing soviet books when the currently circulating copies get too old. It's fake news propaganda
