Guyana is almost entirely at sea level as are most of the worlds cities. If sea levels were actually rising cities would've been evacuated decades ago. Further, the hoax of global warming or the progression of climate change isn't much of a concern, considering the Venezuelan's are about to take half of Guyana back and the British are in no condition to provide them any real support to deter it.

At this point, I can confidently say I'm likely to get comparable medical advice from a crack dealer as a physician in a western country. Going to college is something you'll have to decide for yourself and it's very likely you'll have to first pursue a trade to provide you with a source of income that can survive economic instability.
