Voat didn't die because it was irrelevant, it died because the jews shut it down. Banning jailbait won't make a site more respectable, it just makes it harder for someone to shut you down. I actually agree with your main point, but sadly this is where we are now, it is simply impossible to keep a full freedom of speech site online. WW3 has started. It's an information war. And you know what they say; the first casualty of war is /jailbait.

Srsly though...allowing jailbait content just gives your enemies another surface to attack. A lot of people on voat were like me, disillusioned libertarian. We love the idea of free speech for all, but it's a huge challenge right now to keep a site up that just has simple political dissent, let alone trying to fight for the pedos as well.
