For what its worth, men are simply biological automatons. It'd be unusual if they actually did show compassion for the victims of rape, when their main goal is just knocking up everything in sight. I feel like we have this tendency to anthropomorphize men, and that's a dangerous, unrealistic thing to do. He ain't ever worth it, he's not different, the world would most definitely be better off without him
