I'm a great big fan of Tulsi - have been since she quit the DNC to endorse Bernie. Too bad other DNC elite didn't have the fundamental honesty to quit. We wouldn't have Presnit Orange Goblin if they had.

This is exactly the problem in a nutshell. Well written. I am always so amazed that well-meaning, and apparently knowledgeable people, will continue to do the same thing over and over, expecting different results. Jeez!

UK advised to look at hydrogen heating to hit 2050 emissions targets. “I’ve been cautious about the H2 story, because it’s often portrayed as a panacea. [But] I’ve been surprised how well it’s come out of our modelling when it’s accompanied by energy efficiency & electrification from heat pumps” by Chop_Chop in Hydrogen

Chop_Chop: Thanks for the link to Mike Strizki. He has a very interesting site, and NJ isn't that far. Perhaps I'll be able to get over there one of these days - make a pilgrimage, so to speak.

Hey, I'm a little slow on the uptake here at Saidit, and only just now did I realize I could go straight to s/hydrogen and get all the hydrogen info I could ever hope for. Thanks so much for all your efforts to spread this great idea far and wide.

Best regards, 6stringsmac

Two points in the article jumped out at me: I recently learned that the storage of H2 was difficult since the H molecule is so small that it can penetrate steel and cause it to become brittle. It appears that this problem is being researched. Also, I had not considered the tremendous demand for power that EVs would put on the system if a large percentage of the transportation section went electric/plug in. Live and learn, eh? Thanks for another good post Chop-Chop. Regards!

Thank you so much. We're just beginning to raise awareness in this area, and were fortunate to get hooked up with the Green Party congressional candidate. She got us a lot of press time that would not ordinarily have been available. We're sitting on vast hydroelectric reserve here, and the bitcoin miners are salivating at the thought.

One thing: we'd like to give more presentations to civic groups. Do You happen to know of a "presentation in a can" that we could use to further our cause?

Thanks for keeping the articles coming.

Many thanks for posting all this hydrogen info. We have a group in northern NY that is trying to promote hydrogen development in this area. I've been finding your posts here, and sharing the articles with my friends. Your dedication to spreading this info is very laudable.
