It's about damn time.

I'm ashamed to be part of the generation that saw America fall and be supplanted by China. But better that China takes a leading role in the world and starts innovating than the world simply continues to stagnate in the new dark age.

The idea isn't bad, but we're talking about China here. There's no way in hell I'm trusting a reactor that was made in China.
