I hate that tall people and attractive people automatically get to live life on easy mode.

Trans people aren't screwed by their bodies.

Their bodies are fine and their mental health issues cause them to want to harm their bodies.

True.

But as little as can be done about my body, NOTHING can be done about my inborn mental illness. And I think it's worth harming the body some if it improves mental health.
