It's not a crisis on this website, it is the ongoing crisis in South Africa, which used to be a modern and prosperous nation under whites and is now truly emblematic of Africa, although it has some vestiges of civilization left over.

    The African whites also have lower IQs. At one point the Boer kids were testing lower than the blacks so the white government put loads of money into their education to get them up to the country average as it was a bit of an embarrassment.
