a big part of what makes saidit work is that it’s not overwhelmed by a huge user base. the second this thing starts growing exponentially it’s done. it will be co-opted very quickly.

i appreciate this platform tremendously for what it is, but it’s easy to recognize that the average persons politics are far too volatile to for it to survive as a free speech platform once it hits a critical mass of migration

It could use a good many more users. I wouldn't mind it staying smaller like reddit was back when it was good, but there should be way more than 10 people.

there are. i agree that it could be larger without reaching the tipping point but 10 ppl is a pretty ridiculous low ball estimate lol
