The issues here is not an opinion on the vax, if it saved lives or endangered them. It's about him making the choice for others. The very thing most people argue for on this site when it came to people all but being forced to take the vax, or be denied participation in society.

You have to have a god complex to think that you know better then others and that's exactly what he did. What other meds will he get to choose for his patients to taken or not take?

This guys is guilty as fuck and 5 years is not enough IMO. His patience were not forced to get the vax. (Heavily persuaded yes, but in the end they could have said no.) They should have received their vax. It's not his choice to make.

How do you know they weren't forced?

What makes you think they were?

Given this story is from the USA, and all my life experiences I'm 99.9999% sure thousands of people were not rounded up and held down against there will for this Doctor.
