The cop here seems very unsure of herself in this (very simple) situation.

She even repeats comments verbatim, to the perp and to her fellow officers, that her officers said just minutes earlier. "... Lying since he met me"... "Wait, where are we going?? haha"

Getting flustered, saying "I'm gonna pull my hair out".

Handle it, it's just a punk kid and you're an officer who has him in handcuffs. I've had elementary school teachers deal with worse than this and have more composure.
