We needed cheese and I did not want to drive 60 miles to the market today ( 35 c - 95 f ) so I went to food for less, usualy all they have is American cheese, Mexican cheese, shredded Mexican cheese, soft Mexican cheese, Mexican cheese slices. But way up on the very top shelf I found swiss cheese, Gouda and Mozzarella.
Yeah so cal stores seems to sell Mexican cheese but I wanted real cheese and Gouda seemed close, other than tasting like american pasteurized crap it turned out good. America should make dairy products with raw milk or at least sell raw milk.
