Any time you feel the need to surf the web privately just do as I, have a dedicated laptop for the dark side and never use your home internet. I log into a neighbors wifi, go to a free wifi hotspot and do my business. No government agency will ever find me. Starbucks, Peet's Coffee, Wendy's,Panera Bread, KFC,Burger King to name a few.
