White people already do this all the time. They just don't advertise the fact. White flight. Yep, it's racist. Yep, It's racist whoever does it.

However I do feel sorry for the people being constantly targeted with scare tactics at the moment. We've all had a dose of that with covid, we all know how horrible it is. I've seen black middle class men writing they've had to come to terms with the fact they are going to probably die young because the police will kill them even though their personal risk is less than getting struck by lightning. Its not a happy worldview. There might be a handful of professional blue haired victims revelling in this idea but most people who believe the woke propaganda are really miserable and afraid.

Not all white flight is like this but quite a bit of it is.

Some boomers buying into a gated community is Palm Springs or Phoenix isn't the same as this. All the nice gated communities in Florida have Jews in them.

Except black people can move into and buy houses in white flight suburbs... There have already been multiple waves of white flight. They move into one area trying to get away from the black people. Then slowly the black people move into the nieghborgood they moved to.... black people reproduce at a way higher rate the white people...
