Best bet for people IMO is to just interview. I feel like you can sort out whether someone's "woke" or not pretty easily.

If someone (thinks) they’re “woke” and are that type of individual who lacks enough self-control that they would hijack the platform they’re working for to create a stage for their personal views and nonsense, I’m sure they standout socially, have little discipline as well as little self-control, like I mentioned before.

They’re the type of people who would find a way to bring their political views up during the interview somehow even though you didn’t ask them about it lol, or if you asked them a simple question such as “how do they feel about radicals”, they’d get offended and go off. I used to see them on my campus before the shutdown 4 days a week.
