This was made by The National Museum of African American History and Culture. They consider these to be "problematic" traits that white people have.

Lazy people generally hate motivated and focused people. It makes them look bad by comparison. Do they improve their image through positive change? No, that would require effort. They just try and tear down the ones who work hard.
