Poverty doesn't make you crazy, being crazy makes you poor.

You can't hold down a well paying job, you're friends give up on you and you can't look after the things you own. Then you torment all those who live around you bringing the whole community down.

Then you pass that down to your kids.

Of course things like personality disorders aren't just passed down through genes but also through emotional neglect and physical abuse. By allowing people to act however they like in the name of tolerance and understanding you enable them to give their children hellish, traumatic lives which scar them and then make them crazy too.

The poor black parents and grandparents in America now are the generation whose mothers were out of it on crack. They are still dealing with the fallout from that and will be until someone chooses to break the cycle.

Edit: and what do you think is going to happen to all those poor white kids whose mothers were on opiates?

Others, whites, asians, hispanics aren't behaving like this as a growing commonality to "poverty":

Nature (people) create their culture.

This is nature taking root in a land where "acting out" (natural tendencies of a destructive, violent, tantrum, murderous sort) is increasingly "tolerated" (political agenda) if the subject is black.
