That's the general impression I got when reading about what Mustache Man was actually trying to accomplish back in the 1930s. He was trying to create a kind of "counter-semitism", where in the Europeans were "the chosen" and where they sought to replicate for themselves the clanishness and in-group preferences of the Tribe.

Hitler was an Ancient Civilization Supremacist. His pride in his own race is not contempt for other races. He wants a world where all civilizations (not subhuman nomads, i.e. kikes gypsies tatars niggers or imperialists, i.e. polish) would be extremely proud of their own race.

The narrative you read about is purposefully incomplete and paints a picture of Hitler the way Kikes wanted him to be painted.
