Which show does it justice or is an insult?
Police Interceptors shows more behind the scenes stuff like inside police stations, not always getting the guy or sometimes the wrong guy,etc where the end results do not verify and they have to let the 'suspect' go without charge nor penalty.
They do extreme driving maneuvers you usually do not see on COPS except on rare occasions such as some of the COPS Tacoma Washington episodes where there is a lot of night time car chases up there quite frequently. Who'd thought the PNW the center of car chases? 😲😕
I feel Cops is so formulatic that it becomes a meme. https://w.123-movies.club/series/cops-season-16/watching/ Link does not work for some reason yet other videos like this plays: https://w.123-movies.club/series/fare-dodgers-at-war-with-the-law-season-1/watching/
"Hi. I'm an officer here in XXX city and have worked here for 4 years now coming from a smaller town. (Or) "Hi. I'm an officer here in XXX city and grew up in a troubled neighborhood and saw a lot of desperate folks and felt like I needed to be the one to make a difference out there. We tend to have a lot of (insert crime type here) and it can sometimes be overwhelming but I like my job"
A 9/11 Call comes in about that type of crime the officer just described. Weird huh? And the suspect makes half hearted efforts to run.
What are some of the coolest efforts you have seen in COPS of suspects almost getting away or even getting away if at all? Any 'Police fails'?
On Police Interceptors I've seen the doors be so strong (without using barricade tools) that the suspect winds up just opening up the damn door to let them in tired of all the banging.
