How many cars out there are even modified to the point that they are polluting significantly more than factory? Probably not even 0.5%. If race cars ceased to exist tomorrow, I doubt the air quality would be even measurably different. Stop fucking over individuals and small businesses that are following their passions, and figure out the real issues.
