How many cars out there are even modified to the point that they are polluting significantly more than factory? Probably not even 0.5%. If race cars ceased to exist tomorrow, I doubt the air quality would be even measurably different. Stop fucking over individuals and small businesses that are following their passions, and figure out the real issues.

the real issue is the (((govt))) is having trouble finding ways to make more money. everything licensed. everything monitored.
