Tom Hanks character would’ve been up shit creek in Castaway, if no humans on the cargo ship.

Quite possibly but I actually think that there would be cameras of some sort on the ship and it would have better vision than humans and it would have more ability to recognize the human body floating in the water so maybe you're not right about that.

Not trying to argue I'm just making a point.
